251 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 251 platform. By registering or using any 251 service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 251 website or app, registering an account, or using any service provided by this platform, you expressly and implicitly agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 251 ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 251's services. The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of the 251 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 251 platform. Account registration requires accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian phone number. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or any other party, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 251 support team immediately at [email protected].
251 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when suspicious account activity is detected. Identity verification may require you to submit supporting documents such as a copy of your identification card.
Absolute Account Prohibitions
- Sharing or transferring an account to another party
- Registering more than one account for the same individual
- Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access the platform
- Using another person's identity information during registration
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
251 users are required to use the platform responsibly, honestly, and in accordance with all applicable rules. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or gain an unfair advantage through unauthorised means is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of account balance.
Users are prohibited from using the 251 platform for any unlawful activities, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform. 251 reserves the right to report any suspected activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
All game outcomes generated by the platform's random number generator (RNG) are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, 251 reserves the right to review system log records, and the outcome of that review by 251 is final and binding.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the 251 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and interbank transfers within Malaysia. Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits are subject to the chosen payment method and may change without prior notice.
Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe specified for each payment method, subject to successful identity verification and no outstanding compliance issues on the account. 251 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to suspected fraud or breach of terms.
Bonuses and promotions credited to an account are subject to separate wagering requirements. Users are required to read and understand the terms of each promotion before activating it. Bonus funds that do not meet the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. 251 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if a user is found to have violated the promotion terms.
Liability Limits and Account Closure Policy
Platform Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 251 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. 251's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant liability claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
251 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activity, failure to verify identity when requested, or at the direction of a law enforcement agency. In cases of closure due to a breach, any remaining account balance may be subject to investigation before being returned.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 251 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 251 and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written permission from 251.
Third-Party Links
The 251 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 251 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
251 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.
It is the user's responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of the 251 platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or another dispute resolution mechanism mutually agreed upon by both parties.
